Contains the Common Arc logo and the main menu at the top of the page.
Click on one of the hyperlinks (Welcome, Manual, News, Testing Dates, Welder Info, Links) to go to that page.

Hello from Common Arc.
Click on the hyperlink on the left side of the screen to go to a different page on the website.

Click on the hyperlink on the left side of the screen to go to a different page on the website.

Testing Dates
Click on the Testing Dates hyperlink to go to a web page showing the upcoming testing dates and locations. Click on the Red Arrows on the lower right side of the screen to scroll up or down the list. Click on the button marked Enter to exit the testing dates area and return to the main menu.

Controls
In the Welder Menus the following controls are used to move around. Red Arrows on the lower right are used to scroll up and down through the qualification records. To choose an option type the number (1-9) in the box on the lower left next to the Enter button, then click the Enter button to access that option. When you are through with an option type an E in the text box on the lower right and then click the Enter button to return to the main Welder Menu.

Welder Info
Click on the Welder Info hyperlink to go to the Welder qualifications menu. You must enter your User name and Password as supplied by Common Arc to access this menu.

Your Options:

  1. SEARCH FOR WELDER RECORDS Allows you to search welder records by SS#, Name, Process, or Exp Date. Type in your search criteria and click the enter button to search the records or type E and click the enter button to exit
  2. DISPLAY QUALIFICATION MAINTENANCE REPORT BY LOCAL Allows you to view qualified welders grouped by local for a specific contractor.
  3. DISPLAY QUALIFICATION MAINTENANCE REPORT IN ALPHABETIC ORDER Allows you to view qualified welders in alphabetic order for a specific contractor.
  4. DISPLAY QUALIFICATION MAINTENANCE REPORT BY LOCAL(10 CONTRACTORS) Allows you to view qualified welders grouped by local for 10 different contractors.
  5. DISPLAY QUALIFICATION EXPIRATION REPORT BY LOCAL Allows you to view expired welders grouped by local for a specific contractor.
  6. DISPLAY QUALIFICATION EXPIRATION REPORT BY LOCAL(10 CONTRACTORS) Allows you to view expired welders grouped by local for ten contractors.
  7. DISPLAY WELDER COUNT Total number of Qualified Welders for a contractor.
  8. DISPLAY SIMULTANEOUS TESTING SCHEDULE Click on the Testing Dates hyperlink to go to a web page showing the upcoming testing dates and locations.
  9. E-MAIL REPORTS Choose which reports you would like by typing an X in the appropriate box and click enter to have the report emailed to you in an Adobe Acrobat Formatted document. You can register your email address with Common Arc or enter an email address when prompted to use this option.

Local Info:

  4. DISPLAY QUALIFICATION EXPIRATION FOR YOUR LOCALS Allows you to view expired welders by Local for all contractors.
  5. DISPLAY QUALIFICATION EXPIRATION FOR LOCAL 1000 Allows you to view expired welders for Local 1000 for all contractors.
  6. DISPLAY QUALIFICATION MAINTENANCE FOR ALL LOCALS Allows you to view qualified welders for all Locals and all contractors.
  7. DISPLAY EXPIRATION MAINTENANCE FOR ALL LOCALS Allows you to view expired welders for all Locals and all contractors.
  8. DISPLAY WELDER COUNT Displays total welder count for all Locals.
  9. DISPLAY SIMULTANEOUS TESTING SCHEDULE Allows you to view the current testing schedule.
  10. E-MAIL REPORTS Choose which reports you would like by typing an X in the appropriate box and click enter to have the report emailed to you in an Adobe Acrobat Formatted document. You can register your email address with Common Arc or enter an email address when prompted to use this option.
